Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

Using ImageHelperKit ("the site," "we," "us") means you're agreeing to these Terms of Service. If that's not something you're on board with, the site isn't for you.

Description of service

ImageHelperKit is a set of free, browser-based tools for working with images, starting with the Image Measurement Tool. Everything runs locally in your browser — we never receive or store the images you're working with.

Accuracy disclaimer

What this tool gives you is an estimate, built from whatever calibration reference you provide. Camera angle, lens distortion, and how precisely you calibrated all affect the result. Treat it as a convenience, not a certified measurement — don't rely on it for anything safety-critical, legal, financial, medical, or structural without checking with a real, calibrated measuring instrument first.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageHelperKit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including damages resulting from measurement inaccuracy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That covers the obvious stuff — trying to disrupt how it runs, picking it apart to attack it, or using it in a way that breaks the law.

Changes to these terms

These terms might change from time to time. If you keep using the site after a change goes live, that counts as accepting the update.
